Abstrak
Kesalahan dalam rekrutmen calon karyawan dapat berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan, calon karyawan yang direkrut perlu dibuktikan secara kemampuan dan keahliannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem informasi pelatihan calon karyawan berbasis web terintegrasi dan mudah diakses yang dapat membantu meningkatkan skill dari calon karyawan yang akan direkrut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rational Unified Process (RUP) dengan tahapan Inception, Elaboration, Construction, dan Transition dengan pemodelan sistem dengan Unified modelling Language (UML) yaitu UseCase Diagram, Activity Diagram, Squence Diagram, dan Class Diagram. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan sistem dan Sistem Inforamsi Pelatihan Calon Karyawan Berbasis Web dengan fitur yang tersedia diantaranya informasi mengenai data pelatihan, data pendaftaran pelatihan, materi pelatihan, penilaian tugas, dan manajemen pelatihan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan jasa dalam teknologi informasi di Kabupaten Garut yaitu CV. Asgardian Tekno Servis. Dengan penggunaan sistem informasi pelatihan calon karyawan yang dibuat menjadi salah satu solusi bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas karyawan melalui pelatihan yang dapat diakses baik oleh peserta, mentor, dan pemangku keputusan.
