Abstrak

Dalam dunia organisasi, pengetahuan merupakan salah satu aset paling berharga. Melalui Knowledge Sharing, pengetahuan tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif dan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Budaya Organisasi (BO), Kepemimpinan Transformasional (KT), dan Motivasi (MT) terhadap Knowledge Sharing (KS), serta dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Organisasi (KO). Pada penelitian ini, pengolahan data menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), sebuah teknik analisis yang memetakan hubungan antar variabel laten secara simultan, serta dapat menguji validitas, reliabilitas, model struktural, dan hipotesis. Teknik ini cocok untuk menangani hubungan yang kompleks antar variabel dan sampel kecil. Penelitian ini melibatkan 87 responden dari organisasi Satu Amal Indonesia. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti meliputi pengaruh BO, KT, dan MT terhadap KS, serta hubungan KS dengan KO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BO memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap KS, yang tetap selaras dengan temuan penelitian sebelumnya terhadap BO. Sebaliknya, KT dan MT menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap KS, di mana KT mendorong keterlibatan anggota dalam berbagi pengetahuan, dan MT berperan penting dalam meningkatkan partisipasi individu dalam KS. Selain itu, KS terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap KO, mengindikasikan bahwa pengetahuan yang dibagikan secara efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi.
